Nine-year-old Yanci from Panchimalco, El Salvador, faced immense challenges after her father’s passing, but a Feed the Children program is helping her regain hope. With essential resources and tutoring, Yanci is now thriving in school and looking forward to a brighter future.

Feed the Children recently participated in the Oklahoma City Indian Clinic’s 50th anniversary celebration, providing food, essentials, and books. Among the recipients was Chris, a determined mom facing financial setbacks, who expressed gratitude for the timely support.

When Mirna and Brandon learned they were expecting, their joy was mixed with worry due to high malnutrition rates in their rural Guatemalan community. With Feed the Children’s support, their daughter Teresa was born healthy, and Mirna now helps other mothers.

In Memphis, Tennessee, food insecurity affects one in six people, with children being particularly vulnerable. To combat this, Booker T. Washington High School has opened a Food and Essentials Hub, providing students and their families with vital resources to help them succeed.

Morgan and her family found a new home in Luther, OK, where they discovered the Summer Feed and Read program. This initiative provided their children with enriching activities, reading practice, and nutritious meals during the summer.
